Holidays

It's that time of the year again. I don't know what it is but I seem to always lack focus at this time. All I can think about it going home and not working. I always have a bunch of deadlines around this time and I'm working but it's just such a pain. I have 7 days before I go home! I count down the days and get really excited about going home...especially this year since I finally get to see Dim Sum after two months.

At least this year, I actually feel like I'm in the Christmas spirit. In the past, the holidays would come but for some reason it just didn't seem like I really cared too much but this year, I'm so excited to go shopping (although most of the time I end up with more presents for myself than my friends). I even put up my mini Christmas tree at home. It must be the city...it's all decorated and it's cold and snowy and makes you actually feel like it's the holidays. San Jose was just a drag and even going to the mall there for some reason it just didn't feel like Christmas...thank God for NYC!!!!
